A Real Estate agent for over 30 years, Sandy started in the San
Francisco Bay in the town of Fremont with an independent
Dutra Realty that grew to over 4 offices and 500 agents.
Sandy is and has been one of the top performers in the residential
sales industry and has received many awards for outstanding
performance. Family, Real Estate, and community service has
filled her life so when Sandy relocated to Southern California in
1985, she later assisted in the formation of the Coldwell Banker
Sun City Office by managing, hiring, training and creating the
advertising program for that office. Real Estate has kept
Sandy busy for many years until the formation of All American
Realty-Brooks and Associates where her success continues.

started in Orange County with ERA and moved to San Diego County
opening an office in 1995. Specializing in relocation
properties and investment portfolios, Fred has assisted many
purchasers in property acquisition. After relocating
to Sun City in 1998 and forming All American Realty-Brooks and
Associates, working with Seniors has been very rewarding.
Fred is a certified Senior Residential Sales Specialist (SRES),
